- Valencia has served as the Director of Lead Generation for The Davis Team since 2017. In 2020 she set 253 appointments and is pacing to set 380 this year.
- Since 2017, Valencia has received extensive group and individual coaching, specifically in the Inside Sales
Agent role. She has been coaching other agents to success in setting appointments that stick since 2020.
