What You Will Cover in Six Weeks
A live system for agents who want more listing opportunities.
Week 1: Pipeline Fundamentals
Learn how to fill a multi-stage pipeline so you are not stuck in the feast-or-famine cycle. This week also covers how to build your personal lead generation game plan using a practical list of listing sources.
Week 2: Expired Listing Mastery
Learn how to approach expired sellers with confidence, uncover why the home did not sell, position a stronger strategy, and close for the appointment.
*Prospecting expired listings is subject to state law, MLS rules, brokerage policy, and Do Not Call requirements, and some markets restrict or prohibit direct outreach to expired listings. This material is provided for educational purposes only and is not legal advice. Before contacting expired listings, confirm the rules that apply in your market and use these strategies only in a way that complies with local, state, federal, MLS, and brokerage requirements.
Week 3: FSBO Mastery
Learn how to understand why sellers choose FSBO, challenge those beliefs with facts and questions, deliver the script smoothly, and close with confidence.
Week 4: Pre-Foreclosure Prospecting
Learn how to find pre-foreclosure leads, lead these conversations with empathy, handle objections, and move toward an appointment or listing.
Week 5: Follow-Up, Appointment Setting and Pre-Appointment Prep
Build the follow-up system for expireds, FSBOs, and pre-foreclosures. This week also covers Just Listed, Just Sold, and circle prospecting as ways to create new listing opportunities from active inventory, plus the steps needed to set, confirm, and prepare for the listing appointment.
Week 6: The Listing Presentation, Objection Handlers and Listing Management
Learn the Jason Baker Team listing presentation from first knock to final signature, then work through the major objections you are likely to face in the room.
